STILL HIRING
Full time position. Immediately. Pay based off experience. Minimum is $12/hour. No experience is needed but is preferred. No tools needed. Just need transportation to the shop every morning to get to work. And just work, learn, have pride, respect, and be willing to grow. I'll teach you everything you need to know and give you everything you need to work with. We do all residential construction work. Inside, outside, top, bottom, underneath, and all in between. I mean it don't get no simpler than this. And we have opportunities to grow, make more money, get paid commission off sold jobs and possibly become a foreman and make percentages off jobs, and meeting deadlines, labor rates and etc and get a company truck if you make it to that level. But that takes time and dedication. If you already have experience then your closer to that position. I have work 24 7. I have inside and outside work. So weather is normally not an issue. If we have the jobs then you also have the option to make more hours and work on the weekends or late nights depending on the jobs. It's 10-99 work. So no taxes taken out also. Most work is local. But we do work all over eastern nc. If we stay out of town that's extra and so forth. I'm very easy to work for. Just be honest and keep in touch and do what your supposed to do. I take care of my employees like they are family as long as they do as they are supposed to. If you come to the job and bull crap around for half the day, don't think I'm not watching. You will get paid for the part u worked. Which means you won't get paid for the time u bull crap around. If you need days off just let me know ahead of time. As long as it's not constantly happening I don't mind. I'm fun and easy to work with but I also work. I do what I'm supposed to do. Get done and i don't cut any corners. If it's not done right then it will be re done. So we do it right the first time and only time. And i have plenty of work. So we knock jobs out and go to the next. If we finish early then I look out for the guys. I need someone that's loyal. That wants to work and learn and actually improve their life and be some damn body and say they did and can do some stuff. My company is steadily growing. And will continue to. But I have to have good guys to make that happen. And they can grow with me and make this a very good job for them and their family. Just depends on how bad yall want it. If you want to be some damn body and work with a business and do your part and make some good money and learn. Then contact me. If you know this is not you then don't waste my damn time. I've got multiple jobs right now to finish and I need more guys to get them done asap. Some things I can not physically do on my own. So I need another right hand man I can trust and train to run another crew and know it will still get done just like I did it myself. And I promise you and your family will benefit from this career choice. One thing is for sure, You can NOT succeed if you DONT try.
