Locus Biosciences / cGMP Biomanufacturing Facility Upfit / Project Highlight

BE&K Building Group provided construction management services for Locus Biosciences’ FOYA-award-winning cGMP Biomanufacturing Facility Upfit in Morrisville, NC. This project included a 12,000-square-foot upfit that transformed a one-story shell building into a state-of-the-art cGMP cell therapy biomanufacturing facility, including laboratory, manufacturing, and office space.

This project is one of the many Life Sciences projects BE&K Building Group has successfully delivered, further demonstrating our extensive industry experience and dedication to achieving exceptional results for our clients.

Great seeing clients and partners on and off the course yesterday at the ISPE CaSA RTP Golf Tournament at Prestonwood Country Club.
