🔨 ICS is Hiring — Senior Field Superintendent 🔨
We're looking for an experienced field leader to join the ICS team and run our field operations across the Indianapolis market.
If you've got hands-on metal stud framing experience, know the ins and outs of commercial drywall and ACT ceilings, and you've led crews on commercial projects — we want to hear from you.
What you'd be doing:
✓ Leading ICS self-perform crews on active commercial jobsites
✓ Coordinating with GC site teams across the Indianapolis market
✓ Keeping projects on schedule, on spec, and built to the ICS standard
✓ Mentoring the next generation of field leaders
What you need:
• 5+ years in a similar field leadership role
• Hands-on metal stud framing experience (including layout)
• Familiar with commercial drywall and ACT ceilings
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
$65K–$78K base. Company vehicle with fuel card. Paid time off. Health/dental/vision (50% employer paid). 401(k) with 3% match. A team that's got your back.
