📢 NOW HIRING – OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 📢
JCZ Residential is looking for a professional, experienced, high-energy individual to join our team.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Phone Availability Required:
Answering calls from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM after leaving the office.
Compensation: $15–17 per hour based on experience.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Following up on estimates
• Collections and accounts receivable follow-up
• General office organization and administration
• Cleaning the office and taking out trash
• Assisting with day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, customer-service oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Construction office experience is a plus but not required.
