🚨 NOW HIRING — FULL TIME LEAD REMODEL / HANDYMAN TECHNICIAN 🚨

Second Opinion Handyman is growing fast and I’m looking for the RIGHT person to grow with the company long term. This is NOT an entry level helper position. I’m looking for someone experienced, professional, reliable, and capable of handling jobs correctly without constant supervision.

This is full time work. I’m looking for someone available for 40+ hours per week with consistent scheduled work already lined up.

This is real remodel/construction work — not just small punch-list jobs. We handle everything from drywall, framing, flooring, decks, structural repairs, demolition, exterior repairs, remodels, and property restoration work. Some days involve heavy labor and long hours depending on project schedules.

🔨 REQUIREMENTS:
• 5–10+ years experience preferred
• Own vehicle for now
• Own tools
• Strong experience in at least a few core trades (drywall, carpentry, flooring, repairs, framing, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot, learn quickly, and work efficiently
• Professional communication with customers
• Reliable transportation and dependable scheduling
• Ability to work independently or alongside me on larger projects
• Must be comfortable with physically demanding work environments

I do NOT expect someone to know every trade perfectly. I DO expect professionalism, work ethic, efficiency, problem solving, and willingness to learn and improve.

💰 PAY:
• $30–$35/hour starting depending on experience
• Full time 40+ hours per week
• Opportunity to grow into a $40+/hour Operations Manager role overseeing crews and projects
• Consistent work available
• Long-term growth opportunity

📈 COMPANY GROWTH:
I already have roughly 2 weeks of guaranteed work scheduled with additional projects currently in the pipeline, and I haven’t even fully turned marketing back on yet.

I’m also in the process of adding company vehicles soon, so don’t expect to have to use your personal vehicle forever.

I’m not just looking for another handyman. I’m looking for someone capable of eventually:
• running crews
• managing projects
• overseeing field operations
• helping build a long-term company

A roof flashing leak caused water damage in this garage ceiling.
