Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dependable Lawn Crew Foreman and Landscape & Hardscape Foreman to join our growing teams. These positions involve a variety of outdoor work, including lawn maintenance, landscape installations, and hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Responsibilities
• Lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
• Landscape installation (mulch, plants, shrubs, sod, grading, etc.)
• Hardscape installation including pavers, stone, retaining walls, and related construction
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Follow project plans and instructions from crew leaders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers
Qualifications
• Previous lawn, landscaping or hardscape experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
