A local construction company is looking for a hard-working individual to deliver construction materials to multiple job sites. There is opportunity to grow in the company through on the job training. So material stocking and clean-up services will be required. Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Must be eligible to work in the United States. We will also drug test within the first few days of hire.
Specific duties may include:
• Loading and unloading of materials
• Move construction materials
• Double checking all loads for accuracy and ensuring that they are thoroughly secured for delivery
• Performing all duties safely
• Assists other workers on job site
• Cleans site to eliminate possible hazards
• Maintains a safe and cooperative working relationship with fellow workers
• Works inside or outside in different elements
Specific qualifications include:
• Have the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs
• Have strong attention to detail
• Able to understand and carry out verbal and/or written directions
• Able to work well independently in the absence of supervisor
• Positive attitude and team player
• Adhering to all safety policies, including wearing safety harness and other required equipment
