Our team recently responded to a service call at an apartment complex where two rooftop AC units were incorrectly wired to the wrong units. This caused confusion with temperature control and system operation across multiple apartments!

After a thorough inspection, we quickly identified the issue, corrected the wiring, and verified proper operation for all affected systems. All units are now correctly matched and running as intended.

Precision Lighting & Electric is proud to have completed all of the electrical and lighting work for the new Charles E. Lakin Pier project along the Missouri River in Council Bluffs!

As shared by Grow Omaha, construction is approaching the finish line, and although the pier is not scheduled to officially open until June, the nighttime lighting is already illuminating the structure beautifully! The pier begins on the Council Bluffs levee trail, stretches west over the River Service Road, and extends beyond the river bank, offering incredible views of the Omaha skyline.

In addition to serving as an observation deck, the project includes a garden area, children’s playground, and several seating areas. The pier is located between Interstate 480 and Harrah's Council Bluffs Hotel & Casino.

We’re honored to have been part of such a landmark project for the community and can't wait for you to check it out this summer!

We were recently called out to a local restaurant for an urgent service issue — one of their machines had a cord that was arching (a serious safety hazard)!
