When your garage door is opening or closing, take a quick look to make sure both sides are moving evenly.

Take a look at the rubber seal along the bottom of your garage door. If it’s cracked, brittle, torn, or leaving gaps, it may be time to replace it.

A good bottom seal helps:

* Keep rain and moisture out 💧
* Reduce dirt, leaves & bugs getting inside 🍂
* Improve your garage’s insulation
* Create a better seal when the door is closed
