🚨 New Hire Alert! 🚨

We’ve welcomed two new apprentices to the ARC Electric team over the past few weeks—and both come from good ol’ Shelby County!

Shane Noeth and Hagen Sorensen are now living in the Des Moines area and ready to get to work. Hagen is currently enrolled in DMACC electrical trades program, while Shane will soon begin his apprenticeship through Hawkeye Community College.

We’re excited to watch these two learn the trade, gain experience, and grow with ARC. Welcome to the team, Shane and Hagen! ⚡️

Samir is deep in the trenches at one of our U.S. Bank remodels, troubleshooting a maze of existing low-voltage lighting controls.

Not every project means ripping everything out and replacing it with brand-new equipment. Sometimes the real skill is understanding what’s already there and finding a way to reuse and repurpose it while staying within the client’s budget. That’s where real sparkies are made! ⚡️

We appreciate U.S. Bank trusting ARC Electric with remodels across Iowa—and Samir for having the patience to untangle this plate of electrical spaghetti! 😂

Behind the scenes with Justin and Jonathan at the Graziano Brothers build-out! This warehouse has undergone a major facelift, and these two have been leading the charge with guidance from Dylan and Austin along the way.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with a great new client—and if you haven’t visited the Graziano Brothers store yet, you’re missing out. Their sandwiches and snacks are incredible. Rees has definitely been taking full advantage and should have his winter hibernation weight packed on in no time. 😂
