The ideal candidate is a driven, quality focused and team-oriented individual who can lead a crew to complete work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead a crew who is responsible for mowing, trimming, blowing, and edging of a route of commercial properties.
Safely and efficiently run equipment including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers and other power equipment.
Train team members on safe and efficient operation of equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Ability to drive a truck and trailer.
Show up everyday ready and willing to put forth your best effort.
May be asked to help in other departments such as landscaping as needed.
Candidate Must Have:
2 Years or more of industry experience preferred.
Experience leading a crew is preferred.
Clean and valid driver's license, CDL is a plus and will add to compensation.
Ability to work in less than ideal weather conditions.
Commercial Applicator's License is a plus and will add to compensation.
Safety and Quality mentality.
Detail Oriented.
Willing to work as a team.
Benefits:
Compensation ranging from $22-$26/hour depending on experience.
