Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1lb Monterey Jack cheese
12 tortillas (corn or flour)
-soften tortillas in oil or microwave - fill and roll with chicken and cheese - place in shallow pan
Sour cream sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth (or 1 can)
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup jalapeño juice (optional)
-melt butter and add flour and broth until thickened - add sour cream and cook until hot (not boiling) - pour sauce over enchilada and bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.

We are looking for heavy equipment operators (basic testing will be done at the shop and some general labor will be required)
We are also looking for general laborers with basic knowledge of underground utilities, as well as some Class A or B CDL drivers!
Work hours vary, as will Saturday work. Out of town work is minimal, but should be expected.
Starting wage will depend on experience!!!!
