You may be thinking, what does aeration even do and why would I want it done? Well this is what it does:

Aeration is when pellet shaped chunks are taken out of your lawn to allow for more water, air, fertilizer and sunlight to get deeper into your lawns grass roots! As well, help limit puddling in your lawn (especially in low points) after a good storm.

Aeration lets the remaining roots develop into stronger and larger root systems to promote healthy growth, leading to a greener and thicker lawn.
