With the upcoming below freezing temperatures later this week - DO NOT turn your thermostats down at night. Keeping your thermostat at a constant temperature will help avoid frozen pipes.

Important reminder: If you have water heaters or heating systems with vent pipes that stick through the sidewall of your home you need to keep them cleared of snow.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Inside pipes can easily freeze when temperatures are in the teens or under. Please use caution when turning your heat down at night. It is better to keep thermostat at a more constant temperature when very cold out. Freeze ups are usually very costly.
