Another finished 90-Day Turn-Key Residential Flip! 🏚️ ⏩ 🏠

The investor contacted us with their back against the wall, left in a bind by the previous contractor. They had nearly wrapped up their tenure at the property, getting down to paint and final touches, when they realized they skipped important steps in the beginning and didn't square the house, address any of the structural issues or, well quite frankly, have a clue what they were doing. Rather than working to address their shortcomings, they elected to up and completely abandon not only the project, but the investor who hired them. And the investors are such sweet, kind hearted and honest people it was a shame.
To call this project a challenge would be an understatement of great magnitude. We had a desperate, panicking investor, a lender breathing down their necks, desperate grasping for funds anywhere they could manage and a house that was not only nowhere near completion, but nowhere even near CODE and the majority of the house needed to be carefully demoed to avoid destroying the finishes such as vinyl flooring, light fixtures and counter tops, then reinstalling/building everything the correct, legally compliant way.
Through buckets full of blood, sweat & tears, dedication put forth in unsurpassable measure, family men sacrificing virtually their entire summer with their families and a driving force by our owner, barely holding onto his sanity by a thread, pushing everything and everyone in the proper direction... We successfully UNFlipped and then REFlipped this entire home in 90 unrealistically short & hot days.
When the owner was asked why he was driving & grinding so fiercely and sacrificing so much time with his family for this project he simply replied, "My last name IS this companies name and that name represents my family too. Nobody will tell the story that a Madden didn't give it their everything." And that same tenacity is present in every contract he signs whether it's something as small as installing a door handle or as big as the mountain himself and his crew just scaled, without hesitation lack of absolute commitment.
