This job started with installing a new tub and grew to just about a complete bathroom remodel. Also installed a new floor in the first floor bath cause they loved this one so much.

Fun little green house we framed today in Slippery Rock. After a little more framing we will be putting on a clear polycarbonate roof and some cool old windows and a door that the homeowner got off marketplace. Good to be outside in the sun today.

Insulated, moved plumbing and water meter, rewiring the entire basement and framing is also moving along!

Tore out old lathe and plaster ceiling yesterday. Rewired the switches and lighting today.
Hanging drywall tomorrrow and retexturing to match dining room.

Some of you may have seen my basement project a few months back. It is expanding haha I couldn’t leave it alone. I knew we would finish it some day and I figured let’s just knock it out. Any spare time I’ve had has gone to it and I’m happy to almost be done 😅 mostly cause I’m sick of the never ending dusty mess and I can’t stand carrying my tools up and down from working on the basement to using them at a job.. cause you know when finishing a bathroom it requires just about every tool you own haha anyway…
It’ll also give us a great private space when we host friends or family.
My favorite part about the whole thing is the kids cubby under the stairs. What kid doesn’t like a good cubby. They love it!
