This week’s employee spotlight is Miles Alexander!

Miles has officially hit his 1-year mark with the Argent Electric team as an apprentice, and we’re glad to have him on board.

What inspired him to get into the electrical field? A close friend already working in the trade encouraged him to give it a shot—and it turned out to be a great fit.

One of Miles’ favorite parts about the job is working alongside his coworkers and troubleshooting problems to help customers get things back up and running. He takes pride in finding solutions and making people happy.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him outdoors fishing on the river or hunting.

Miles is currently working toward his residential journeyman certification and says the best advice for someone new to the trade is:
“Work hard and ask questions.”

We appreciate Miles’ hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to learn every day. Glad to have you on the team, Miles! 💪
