Seeing the transformation come to life is a reminder of the dedication, teamwork, and craftsmanship that goes into every project we build.

This morning, I had the opportunity to attend our annual CCIM Florida Central District Mid-Year Market Update at Leu Gardens. One of the things we appreciate most as a Commercial Builder is that the learning never stops. Markets evolve, consumer behavior shifts, and the best advisors are the ones committed to staying informed, asking better questions, and continuously sharpening their perspective.

So grateful to hear from some industry experts John Crossman and Dr John Harris (UCF) as they shared their wisdom and challenged us to keep learning and growing and connecting (Business Development) with the best in the industry here in Central Florida.

We had the honor of attending the ribbon cutting for the new Building Blocks patio addition 🌿✂️

This space is so much more than just an expansion—it’s a place where students can grow, move, and truly thrive. From planting and hands-on learning to outdoor exercises and fresh air moments, this patio creates new opportunities for these incredible special needs students to shine in their own way.

At GP Construction, it means so much to be part of projects that pour back into our community and support spaces like this 💛
