This home had been dealing with water intrusion for years due to several problems with the original installation. There was no kick-out flashing at the roofline to direct water away from the wall, no proper waterproofing/WRB behind the stone, no cap flashing above the windows, and no proper weep system to allow trapped water to drain out.

We removed the affected stone and corrected these issues by installing new waterproofing/WRB, proper kick-out flashing, cap flashing above the windows, and weeps for proper drainage. These improvements help redirect water away from the wall and allow any moisture behind the stone to drain properly, helping prevent future water damage.

After completing the waterproofing and drainage system, we reinstalled the stone veneer and finished everything to blend with the existing home.
