**FINANCING NOTICE**

It's shameful that this even needs to be said!

At Hammer and Nails Renovation-Columbus we try to walk the line between running a business, making a livable wage and helping our community. On occasion we have done our own in house financing with 0% interest for certain clients w bigger jobs and only based it on job length and established relationship with that client and out of goodness of our heart to help them. 0%! And people still won't pay their bills on time.

Due to clients not paying their payment when it is due, having waste time to chase down client for payment or not paying at all, we will no longer be offering this service. To anyone, no matter what the relationship may be. As hard as we work daily to pay our own bills, put clothes on our kids and feed ourselves, we should not have to struggle because someone decides they don't want to make their required agreed upon scheduled payment.

After speaking to our business Attorney through the course of last week, since the payment terms have been violated on multiple accounts, I am calling all financed projects due in full immediately within 24 business hours.

If payments are still not paid in full, liens will be filed on properties, court and all Attorney cost at $250 per hour will be passed back to said clients in separate judgement from the Attorney.

If you don't make your car payment, it gets taken. If you don't pay AEP, it gets shut off. If you don't have gas money, you just stay home. Bills have to be paid for service to continue and in these cases, they are not.

If you make your payments in cash, message me for drop off times.
Checks are not accepted. Payments usually done with Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, FB pay or any other digital method, remit full payment with that payment services charge. If you don't know your full payment or the service charge for that, message me and I will let gladly let you know your balance.

The few has finally ruined it for the many and I have a stack of completed paperwork I spent hours filling out this past week that WILL be filed next week and not at our cost.

I do not take pleasure in filing liens against properties and people, however I will do it daily to protect my family and our business.

At a beloved clients request we are venturing into epoxy products. I can't wait to get started on this beautiful Ash epoxy table! Going to stain the wood a light gray and give the wood a mica shiny finish with solid black in the epoxy with custom metal legs.
