I am quite happy with this new rift-sawn white oak look! This is the nine foot island in a large kitchen set. All parts are built, finished, and installed by Turner Custom Carpentry. Handmade drawer boxes made from aspen, and custom trash pullout. Make sure to check out that accent panel on the back, made of solid rift-sawn white oak. Class act!

Another great collaboration with Porchfront Homes, this project is a 15 foot unit in Niwot, Colorado.

These unique clean designs are becoming quite the item in some regions, and we thought we would give it a shot! Keeping the layout and wood to match the old vertical cedar paneling was a trick. Since this design is relatively new, there is not a clear DIY formula, so it took a little work on engineering.

A great project in Boulder County Colorado, this one measures over 19 feet across!

Another great unit for Porchfront Homes, this one has a large sliding door to alternate between open shelves and tv. Twelve matching doors across the bottom hide hardware and receivers.

The finished product is a huge success!

This White Oak cash box station was a nice addition for the Surf Hotel in Buena Vista, Colorado!

There was a learning curve for this project, and I ended up gluing thin strips to the curved section, for a "hardwood edge band". They appreciate the details at this elegant hotel in BV, and it now lives in the Ivy Ballroom, where they have great live shows.

This was a great project installed in Boulder County, a bar set with floating shelves above.

The countertops and shelves were made of solid 1.5 inch walnut, with a great waterproof finish.

What a great deck project!

Recently finished this cool deck project for an awesome client in Buena Vista, Colorado. We completely rebuilt the large section, over 8 x 40 feet! Complete replacement of the deck area with Trex decking, including the wrap around 4 foot sections. Replaced 18 sections of railing with this stylish Hog panel style.

The scribe section of deck next to river rocks was a challenge, especially since that edge piece was thinner than imagined. Overall a complete success!

Wow, look what I built!

Wood and Epoxy Resin table by Turner Custom Carpentry. The Elm has a lot of character, and the client helped with design of the rocks and pine cones, some items he had found in Thailand!

Still some surface work to call this one complete, but excited to see the piece near completion! What an adventure...
