6x7 landing with waterfall steps. We decided to extend the footprint with both the length and the width. I gave the customer some longevity options for this so we agreed on running PVC on the bottom of the stringers and joist tape on all top surfaces of lumber. Framing included 3 6x6 posts with a triple girder carrying the joists, mid span blocking and all the stringers ended getting padded out with blocking and bolted into the slab in 6 different spots.
We decided on herring bone steps and outer two rows of the landing to help the deck flow into house and surrounding area.

Thank you so much for this opportunity. It was an absolute pleasure to see it come along so well. Thank you to Trever of Fortis Property Solutions LLC for hauling away all the debris. If you guys need anything done of that nature he is 100% your guy.

Job from last fall. We removed a portion of their carport, re framed part of their porch, framed and sheathed two privacy walls, and added some panels to keep the snow of their front porch. Thank you for your business and thank you TAB Builders LLC for your help. It came out great.

Re-visited this beast from last summer. They wanted another coat of stain put on the perimeter of the rafters/ fascia to help it pop. I also sealed the ends of the beams and hung a screen door while I was there. Thank you for your continued business.

These repeat customers had a leak from their bathroom upstairs, they had their plumber come in and fix the leak, and their electrician cut some more holes to snake some wires. I patched all the holes with some fresh Sheetrock, mudded and taped all the patches, sanded, and painted to finish it off. Customers were pleased.

Back at this porch renovation for more finishing touches. This time I hung some beadboard walls and installed some flooring. These pups have the fanciest room in the state. Customer will finish staining the rest of the walls at a later date. I look forward to the future projects we have lined up. Thank you for your business.

Buttoned up this one today. I managed to get all the framing and sheathing done for this one by myself and had to bring in a second set of hands for the soffit, fascia and roofing panels. Thank you Steve for all of your help. Thank you to the customer for your business.

I have openings in January for any projects you may need done. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to all of my customers.

Wrapped up this porch renovation and what a complete different look. Started with a wall in the rafters to keep the birds out, followed by strapping and insulating and some bead board.
I insulated and reframed the walls and hung the plywood, installed new subfloor, and added a recessed LED light, trimmed out the ceiling, window and some of the base trim. The exterior portion got new T1-11 panels, sidewall flashing, and some new posts for the roof. Thank you so much for your business and I look forward to being back to add some more finish work for this project.
