All Surfaces Demolition is growing, and we're looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work and wants to be part of a team.

We specialize in:

• Floor removal (tile, hardwood, carpet & glue-down flooring)
• Bathroom & kitchen gut-outs
• Cabinet removal
• Drywall removal
• Selective interior demolition
• Dust-controlled floor preparation

💰 Starting Pay: $145/day

Paid every Friday

1099 contractor to start

Performance-based raises (earn them by proving your value)

Opportunity to move into a W-2 position based on performance

📅 Full-time, Monday–Friday (Occasional weekends when needed)

📈 If you show up, work hard, and take pride in your work, there is plenty of room to grow with our company.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing demolition work
• Operating hand and power tools
• Loading and hauling demo debris
• Keeping jobsites clean and organized
• Working as part of a team

Requirements:

✔ Reliable transportation (meet in Gulf Shores—we ride together to jobs)

✔ Show up on time and ready to work

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Able to lift heavy materials and work in the Alabama heat

✔ Comfortable using hand and power tools (or willing to learn)

✔ Must meet background requirements for certain commercial job sites

✔ Must follow strict no-smoking policies in company vehicles and on job sites

✔ Must be dependable—we can teach the job, but we can't teach reliability.

Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. We're looking for someone who wants to learn, takes pride in their work, and is looking for an opportunity to grow with a company.
