Spring updates for this lovely home in Kiva Dunes! Some new outdoor fans, landscaping, gravel, and a new retaining wall along the driveway gives this home a nice refresher coming into the Spring/Summer months!

A recent flooring project I just finished up! Laid the moisture barrier, replaced the subfloors, and put in some wonderful flooring to give this home a nice refinishing.

Fun fact: Many of the homes here on the gulf coast suffer from severe moisture damage in the subfloors due to the humidity and lack of airflow underneath the house. This causes soft spots in the floor of the home and can make for an unsafe area to walk on. It’s important to check your moisture barrier in the crawl space to ensure that you can prevent this from happening. If you need a moisture barrier laid or a subfloor replaced, give me a call and I’d be happy to take a look at it!
