W.A. Randolph is proud to partner with Shiva Hotels on the ground-up development of a brand new TownePlace Suites by Marriott!

This new 4-story, 58,265 SF hospitality project will bring 97 extended-stay units to the area, featuring a modern lobby, lounge, fitness center, and outdoor pool. Site prep and earthwork are officially in motion, and our team is excited to bring this build to life over the next 14 months.

Our 2026 Summer Picnic was a fantastic reminder of what makes our company special: our people and their families. Work hard, play hard—that's how we roll at Randolph. Our 2026 interns traded in their hard hats for fishing rods to spend a day on the open water. Events like our annual intern fishing trip help us build strong relationships, foster mentorship, and create memories beyond the jobsite.
