Season starting off with finding property pins for clients. I first obtain the deed to the property from the court house and from there use a GPS along with a metal detector to locate property pins. If the pin hasn’t been removed, it can be hard to find as they usually are buried from dirt and debris. If you would like to see if I can help locate your property pins, call 814-720-2853. Dang, this winter has been harsh but spring is just around the corner. With that being said, we are getting geared up to start the 2026 season.
