This bathroom was gutted to the studs and floor joist. The exterior walls had zero insulation so that was a must add. We stepped out the shower and closet to add up stairs laundry and give the bathroom more space. That required running new fresh water lines and drains. Updated electrical. Then came all the finishes!!!! Forgot the before photos of this one

Have empty space is you finished basement and wish you had another bathroom, we can make that happen even if your plumbing is in ceiling. This bathroom has an upflush toilet that the sink and shower also drain into and then pumped into main stack.

Here’s a nice siding job we finished up recently. We replaced all the siding, soffit, fascia, and added a new deck to front of house. While having everything tore apart we also fixed and properly flashed a roof that has been leaking for years. We also tore down an old chimney that was no longer being used.
