*** ADVICE FOR THE DAY***Something important to consider when choosing a landscaper to install sod at your personal or rental home, or even if you are a builder who builds multiple homes to sell: Make sure you are choosing a reputable landscaper in good standing with all of his/her creditors. Not only should you check prior references of homeowners, but you should consider checking their suppliers to make sure him/her has a solid financial relationship with them. You don’t ever want the surprise of learning a mechanics lien has been placed on your dream home because of lack of payment by your landscaper to their supplier. Be diligent!
