Just finished this challenging job. Installed new prehung exterior door and storm door. I did custom trim and also had to do extensions on the width of the door jamb. I milled a custom threshold to fill out the doorway aa well.

Here’s an interesting one just finished up. I’ve never been requested to sand and refinish construction grade sub steps and risers under old carpets unless they were oak. These are knotty pine with sap wood and cracks. I was really impressed on how it turned out. Looks rustic. I also milled and stained some knotty white pine for the small landing to match the darkness of the steps. Here are after and before shots..

This was a doozie. But it’s done… replaced some floor boards. Beautiful rustic maple flooring jad a long scratch cross grain. It spanned 8 planks wide. And of course the boards were all long ones. But all said and done… looks great!

No job too small! Customer turned this upstairs into a small apartment. I refinished the floors a few months ago and they were shocked how nice they turned out. Mixed white oak and red oak subfloor. So they asked me to do some trim work, install used cabinets and build a rustic counter/bar on an empty wall. If you scroll through you will see a pic of how the floors used to look!
