From blank canvas to curb appeal 🌿

This is exactly why we love what we do. There’s nothing better than watching a property go from a bare lot to a thoughtfully designed landscape that’s built to last.

Every stone and every planting was carefully chosen to create a landscape that will continue to grow and evolve. The lawn has been slice-seeded and will begin filling in over the next few weeks, while the trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and perennials mature and fill out over time. What you’re seeing today is only the first chapter of this transformation.

Here’s an update on our latest landscape transformation!

Phase 1 is officially complete. ✅

The grading, stonework, and foundation of the landscape are now in place, setting the stage for everything to come. Next, we move into Phase 2, where plantings, lawn installation, and the finishing details will begin bringing the entire vision to life.

We’re excited to see the transformation continue 🌿

This landscape is being built completely from the ground up. We’re currently focused on the heavy groundwork, including grading and placing large natural boulders to create the structure and flow of the property before the planting and finish work begins. More progress updates coming soon 🚜

For this project, we wanted the landscape to feel timeless, relaxed, and naturally connected to the home. The goal was to create a space that feels soft and welcoming while still maintaining a clean, elevated look.

The layout was designed to let nature soften the stonework. We chose Goshen Stone and allowed the grass to grow naturally between each piece so the space feels intentional without looking rigid.

The curved stepping stone walkway creates natural movement through the lawn, while the nearby stone patio adds a more finished and functional gathering space. Together, the new stonework, layered plantings, and ornamental grasses tie everything together into one functional outdoor space. 🌱

Most lawn treatments rely on toxic chemicals that stay in the soil long after the “stay off the grass” signs are gone. We do things differently.
We’ve been out applying our organic programs, which are 100% non-toxic and builds a naturally healthy lawn from the soil up. No chemicals, no wait times for kids or pets, and no runoff into our local water.
