Here are 3 things you can do TODAY to help your system keep up:

1️⃣ Change your air filter. A clogged filter forces your AC to work harder and can cause it to freeze up.
2️⃣ Clear the area around your outdoor condenser unit. Trim back any shrubs or debris within 2 feet.
3️⃣ Close blinds on the south and west sides of your home during peak afternoon heat.

One of the most common plumbing calls we get is for jammed disposals and clogged kitchen sinks.

To keep yours running smoothly, NEVER put these down the drain:
❌ Coffee grounds
❌ Eggshells
❌ Pasta or rice (they expand!)
❌ Grease or cooking oil

Always run cold water while using the disposal and let it run for a few seconds after the grinding stops.
