🌳 Happy Arborist Appreciation Day! 🌳

Today, we recognize the dedicated arborists who work to keep our trees healthy, our properties safe, and our communities thriving.

Arboriculture is more than climbing and cutting. It requires knowledge, skill, precision, and a commitment to safety. From pruning and plant health care to hazard mitigation and emergency response, arborists play a vital role in protecting both people and the urban forest.

Thank you to arborists everywhere for your hard work, professionalism, and stewardship of the trees that enhance our communities every day.

💚 Tag your favorite arborist or tree care professional in the comments and help us thank them for all they do!

Wildfire preparedness is a community effort. 🔥🌲

This article highlights SB 973 and ongoing efforts to strengthen wildfire resilience across California through fuel reduction, defensible space, and local preparedness programs.

Worth a read for property owners, communities, and anyone interested in wildfire safety.

Senate Bill 973 has officially passed out of the California State Senate, marking an important step forward for wildfire resilience efforts across California. 🌲🔥

The bill now moves to the California State Assembly, where it has been referred to the Assembly Natural Resources and Emergency Management Committees.

The legislation would codify and expand the Wildfire County Coordinator Program, a proven partnership between CAL FIRE and CFSC that has supported local coordination, mitigation planning, funding access, and community wildfire resilience efforts statewide since 2021.

Through this program, Wildfire County Coordinators work across California to strengthen local collaboration, support mitigation efforts, connect partners and resources, and help communities take action to reduce wildfire risk.

To date, the program has helped secure more than $104 million for local wildfire mitigation and preparedness efforts statewide.

We’ve launched a new SB 973 webpage featuring legislative updates and additional resources on the statewide impact of the Wildfire County Coordinator Program.

Safe Trees Start With Proper Pruning 🌳 Tree safety goes beyond appearance. Proper pruning strengthens structure, reduces the risk of falling branches, and helps create safer spaces around homes, roads, and people.

Routine inspections and maintenance can identify hazards early—before they turn into costly or dangerous issues.

June is National Safety Month, a timely reminder that prevention is always more effective than response.

Protect your property with proactive tree care. Schedule a consultation with our ISA Certified Arborists today.

Every project starts with planning, communication, proper equipment, and a commitment to doing the job safely.

This National Safety Month, we're proud to recognize the role safety plays in every tree care and vegetation management project.

Because safety protects people, property, and communities.
