Every 3-5 years is just a recommendation, it all depends on age, usage, integrity, etc. With today’s perk requirements, a lot of older systems require alternative options when it’s time to replace because the soil around here isn’t always the greatest. Alternative system replacements means yearly maintenance in addition to pump outs. More maintenance means more $$ to maintain.

We work with you on the perfect plan & educate you on proper usage, because pumping every 2-3 years is still less expensive than annual alternative maintenance requirements.

Got lush dark green grass around your system or wet DrainField lines (esp the last ditch)? Slow draining? Consistent clogs? Having to pump more frequently? Well pump burned out? Tank contents mostly clear water with little scum layer?

You got a leak and it’s more than likely a running toilet.

It’s super common and we see it every day. Once we pump and ensure the line is clear of build up we can show you the evidence. After having you turn all the toilets off at the base and flush, we confirm because 99% of the time the leak flowing in stops.

We will have you turn them back on one by one to diagnose the problem toilet. You keep it off until it’s replaced or repaired and over the next few weeks watch your DrainField dry up from the long term Oversaturation.

During Routine Pumpouts we don’t just pump and clean your tank. We 👀 at all the little things to help prevent 💩 like this from happening.

✅ check the mainline to ensure normal buildup and clogs aren’t disrupting flow to your tank

✅ ensure that your inlet pipe or tee is completely clear & watch for any signs of plumbing leaks that could cause DrainField issues

✅ inspect the outlet tee integrity to make sure it’s doing its job to keep solids in & only letting water out.

✅ visual drainfield inspection to catch signs of Oversaturation

We want you to be aware of what kind of shape your system is in so after completing your service, we send documentation with all our findings that includes photos, explanations, recommendations, future good practices, & more. I’ll have a Kindergartener this Fall yall! ❤️ #3 is officially going to big boy school with his brothers! A huge Thank you to all that have poured so much time and love into him these last 3 years! I’m excited to see him continue to grow and will always cherish the memories and the amazing staff & people who helped him thrive and grow into the sweet little man he is!
