Gravel Delivery & Driveway Refresh 🚛🪨

We delivered gravel to our customer and put it to good use by filling in their burn pit area and leveling out low spots in the driveway where water had been puddling.

Steban Services recently completed a property cleanout at a vacation home on White Burch Lake after a bear tore apart the property’s garbage shed.

While the homeowner was back in their home state, they trusted us to take care of the cleanup and get everything looking neat again.

It was a tight spot to get in and out of, but we made it happen.

The beautiful lake views definitely made the job even better.

Another job completed by Steban Services!

For this project, we helped improve a basement entryway by installing fiberglass insulation and foam board insulation to add extra R-value and improve energy efficiency. We also carefully air-sealed key areas to help reduce drafts and keep cold air from making its way inside.

To complete the project, we also replaced the basement entry door, helping create a tighter seal and provide added protection from the cold winter weather.

With proper insulation, air sealing, and a secure door, this basement entryway is now better prepared to stay warmer, more comfortable, and protected from the winter chill.

✨ Front Porch Transformation Complete ✨

This project included a complete front porch replacement, and a welcoming new entrance.

A row of bushes and gravel were removed, and a light post was relocated / updated to improve both functionality and appearance.

To solve ongoing mud and drainage issues, we installed a beautiful stone sidewalk, creating a clean and durable path along the side of the porch.

To tie everything together, we custom-built a matching flower box and mailbox post, adding curb appeal and a cohesive look to the front of the property.

From demolition to the finishing touches, Steban Services handled every step of the project.
