This custom lakeside barndominium is getting close to the finish line.

What makes this project so special is that the homeowners loved their property and lake views so much that instead of moving, they chose to tear down their existing home and build their dream home right here on the same piece of land.

Since our last update, we’ve completed insulation, framing, sheetrock, cabinetry, and are now moving into the final stages of construction. The custom woodwork throughout the home is really starting to shine, and with the white pine ceilings, custom porch posts, and upcoming stonework, this one is going to be something special.

And honestly… that view alone is worth the rebuild.

One of the coolest projects we’ve had the opportunity to be a part of.

We recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to help provide more affordable housing opportunities for families in the community, and this will officially be the first metal home built for their North Carolina program.

This project is a reminder that a home is more than just walls and a roof. It’s stability. It’s safety. It’s a fresh start for a family.

We’re honored to play a small role in helping make homeownership possible, and we can’t wait to show you the final result once this build is complete.
