Removed the old deck. Built a 10x12 Cedar deck with aluminum spindles. 2x10 Joists 16"oc. 6x6 support posts and Helical piers.

Big Deck energy Alert!!!
This 16ft x 32ft with corner 12ftx14ft.
Decking materials are 2x10 Joists 12"OC with 2x12 beams and 6x6 support posts. Trex rain escape and Trex Cinnamon cove for decking with Westbury C10 Aluminum Railing Color Black Fine texture. Helico piers for footings. Skirting is LP 1x4 trim on top with 3/8 x12" siding underneath. 1x4s for the end joints and corners.

16x18 Deck with two stair cases.
Framing material is 2x10 Joist 16"OC with 2x12 beam sitting on 6x6 support posts. Extra Framing for picture frame also. The stair platform is 4x6 with stairs coming off both ends for easy access to the yard. Black Westbury C10 Aluminum Railing with drink rail adapter kit with Azek board on top.
Decking is TimberTech sea salt grey with trex clam shell fascia with post wrapped. We also used Helico piers for footings, then we installed two gates on top of stairs for added safety.

14x24 Deck with Fiberon "Brownstone" for color with Westbury C10 Aluminum Railing Color Black fine texture.
Frame is 2x10 Joist 16"OC and beam is two 2x12s with 6x6 support posts. The deck fascia is same color as Deck.

This deck has a picture frame board around edges of deck and down the middle at 12ft. This deck was extra framing because we cut into the wall of the house and the joist went back 28" and sit on the top plate for more structural support.. because of this the deck required more flashing and house wrap to protect from leaks.. Stairs and picture frame are installed with cortex plugs so no visible screws.

This deck was a face lift. We kept the frame and built new steps. We used trex "Coastal Bluff" and Bronze Westbury C10 Aluminum Railing. They upgraded to 4x4 posts on Railing. We painted LP Smartside to match the decking color.
We did have to level and square up old frame. And add two footings. Deck built in east bethel MN
