We're a 5-star residential concrete company based in Ham Lake serving the Twin Cities north metro. We build high-end stamped patios, driveways, and garage floor coatings - premium work, not volume flatwork.
We're building our 2026 crew and have several openings:
✔️Concrete Sawcutter & Detail Specialist - $25-$34/hr
Own our sawcutting and wash/seal work. Flex across the crew. Detail-oriented, independent worker. Valid driver's license required.
✔️Concrete Finisher - $30-$40/hr depending on experience
Patios, driveways, stamped work. Real finishing skills required. Tier-based pay, your rate reflects what you can do
✔️Coatings Installer or Apprentice — $18-$22+/hr
Learn garage floor coatings & polishing from the ground up. No experience required — we train.
✔️Concrete Laborer — $22-$24/hr
Physical work, reliable, eager to learn. Entry level with a real path forward.

✅ Clear path to lead and foreman roles
✅ End of season performance bonus
