Well we don’t have first day of school pics to show you, so how about a front porch refresh that could be the background of those pictures?

We replaced the windows and front door, installed TandoStone siding, new vinyl posts and soffit, ADA compliant handrail for front steps and a new screen door; additional hidden electrical in the garden too for holiday light extravaganzas.

Sometimes small changes can make a difference.

This is an early 1900’s building. We changed the bathroom door to a pocket door but were able to retain original trim molding to preserve the buildings look the customer wanted. Then we built a sliding barn door from two doors reclaimed from other rooms in house to cover an expanded master closet. Project complete.

Was looking forward to building this pergola for quite a while. Using rough cut Larch wood with a cedar tone to help seal the wood and maintain the beautiful color along with its structural integrity. The size of the structure was a challenge but well worth it when completed. Electrical outlets were included to provide lighting from above in the evenings.

A kitchen and hallway refresh was requested by the client. Kitchen cabinetry was sanded, stained and refinished adding new hardware which tied in with the newly installed backsplash and existing appliances/countertop. Hallway doors that were misaligned and not functioning well were replaced and two new pantry doors built, finished to match kitchen cabinetry color and installed.

This half bathroom was created in the lower level of the client’s home. The furnace was moved and walls reconfigured to allow continued access to sump pump and washer/dryer units while adding the convenience of a restroom near the office and family room space. No longer a need to go upstairs to use the main bathroom all the time.
