We provide resinous flooring systems for residential and commercial spaces that require a safe, clean, durable, and aesthetically pleasing flooring solution. Process:
Day 1:
Our certified installers will start by filling any pits and cracks and then diamond grind the entire surface of your concrete with our state-of-the-art, industry leading diamond grinder. from the surface while opening million
s of micro pores within the surface of the concrete. We will then apply our epoxy (See Why Epoxy below) primer base coat to the surface of your concrete. Day 2:
We will run our diamond grinder over the base coat to knock down any high spots as well as scratch the surface of the floor to ensure both a chemical and mechanical bond between the first and second coat. We then put an even layer of epoxy across the floor in which we will broadcast a decorative chip of your choice into. Day 3:
We will then seal the entire surface with a polyaspartic, clear, top coat, which is 4 times stronger than epoxy. Upon completion, there will be:
no waxing,
no polishing,
no buffing,
no re-sealing,
no yellowing,
no wearing,
no staining,
no fading. Titan only uses the best in commercial and industrial products. Drive a car on it, roll an airplane across it, spill chemicals on it... Titan Floors are guaranteed to look like new for many years to come. WHY EPOXY ........ 1-Day System vs. Why in the world would you choose a 3-day flooring system over a one-day? Simple, our first coat, the epoxy primer base coat, takes 12-14 hours to set allowing it to soak into the opened pores of the concrete. This ensures not only a solid foundation to build the rest of your floor off of but strengthens the slab of the concrete as well. Their one-day system starts with a very fast setting Polyurea Basecoat. Due to its fast-setting characteristics, it will have much less time to soak into the pores of the surface. This will result in little to no added strength to the concrete itself.
Maintenance:
The ONLY maintenance our floors will require is dry and wet mopping, as needed, with a PH-neutral cleaner such as Simple Green diluted with water.
