Zsenak Electric is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to perform the following job responsibilities:
- Clerical duties such as: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents such as office correspondence.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as, invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to company operations.
- Process payroll.
- Preparing bid and job documents.
- Performing other relevant duties as needed.
Job Skill Requirements:
- High School diploma
- 2 Years Office Administrative experience
- Proficient in a variety of computer software, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Communication skills: written and verbal
- Friendly and outgoing
- Mutli-tasking and time management skills a plus
