Hello, my name is Dakota, and I’m asking for any support towards care for my daughter and supporting our family through this unexpected hardship.
She’s been through a lot already, and was born at 36 weeks, having to require heart surgery after just battling an infection and we could be here for another month or two. Unfortunately, my job doesn’t have medical leave and I’m two hours away so every little bit helps while we try to make it day by day. We looked into assistance, but unfortunately there are waiting lists longer than what our stay is expected to be.
