✨🚜 Project Completion — Covington Twp 🚜✨

This Airbnb project is officially complete, and the transformation from start to finish has been incredible! ✅👏🏼

After completing the site prep, foundation excavation, septic installation, and utility work end of last year, we wrapped things up with the final touches to bring the entire property together.

We added stone along the right side of the home, installed the pool, and graded everything around the house and basement area in preparation for concrete work.

To make the property even more inviting, we created a walking path leading into the woods to a cleared and leveled recreation area where a playground will be added 🛝— connecting this Airbnb to the neighboring rental property for even more outdoor space and enjoyment.

We also expanded the driveway and installed compacted modified gravel for a clean, durable finish with plenty of parking. 🚗

💧🚨 Water Line Repair – Hallstead 🚨💧

This customer was dealing with a water line leak, so we excavated the area to track down the problem. After locating the line, we found the issue was caused by a small pinhole in the pipe.

We replaced approximately 28 feet of water line to ensure a solid, reliable repair and restore proper water service. ✅

With the old store demolished and a new one going in, the existing sewer line needed a complete replacement before construction could move forward. We saw cut and removed the concrete, replaced 178 feet of sewer line, and then repoured the concrete to leave the site clean and ready for the next business. ✅
