Well pump and pressure tank swap a few days ago! Well pump had seized up, during trouble shooting also noticed the pressure tank was waterlogged. Both were switched out and full function restored! Well systems, boilers, general plumbing. Don’t hesitate to contact 315-955-4264. Fully insured!

Some recent work! A filter for an iron removal system (original filter installation was in wrong location, did not remove the left over oxidized iron after media filter). Also an emergency repair replacing circulation pump flanges and a cracked 90 on an outdoor wood boiler system! I will be going back to that system after the heating season to do a complete rebuild to replace other aging components and piping as well!

Some of today’s work! This home had lost heat for a period of time and pipes froze. I got rid of all the pex and sharkbite fittings in the vicinity of the popped joints. All was replaced with copper and soldered joints!

This job was installing a sidearm heat exchanger into an outdoor wood boiler loop, this allows the outdoor wood boiler to heat the domestic hot water ( the heat exchanger doesn’t allow cross contamination with boiler water). Including a thermostatic mixing valve to make sure the water leaving the hot water tank is a safe temperature.

Some recent work! Water manifolds for a whole home remodel. I’ve gotten a few questions from people wondering why I choose to use 1” pex instead of 3/4” pex. Simple answer, look at the inside of the fittings! ID of 1” pex fittings is the same as 3/4 pipe. Feeding a home with 3/4 pex off the main could cause volume discrepancies, mostly depending on how many occupants are in the home.
