A lot of the time I forget to take before and after photos and sometimes even when I do I forget to post them lol. Right now I am booking for this coming spring but I already have two estimates to send out. If you are looking to have work done next spring and summer do not wait to get on the list. Like I always say if someone can be there next week to do a job their is a reason why. You sometimes have to wait for good quality.

Replaced all the old horse hair plaster walls with some new Sheetrock.

Some shutters and flower box’s for my wife on the weekend. She stained them and put in the flowers.

I really liked this project. I turned an attached garage into a hallway with a storage closet and two more exam rooms for Penobscot Medical Aesthetics in Hampden.

This is an apartment that needed some fresh paint and a new countertop in between the old and new tenants.

This is what happens when your deck is not properly flashed and the water rots out the wall underneath. I also found a mouse nest and a small ant nest inside. They got lucky though. At least the framing was not to bad.

Here is a door replacement I did and added a screen door.

This is a customer that called because their shingles kept blowing off. It’s just a shame that what should have been a perfectly good roof that should have lasted a lot longer was all nailed down incorrectly. I ended up replacing the whole roof for them.

Put some new sliding doors. upgraded the bathroom and front deck.

This roof had a bad leak. Found out when I looked at it that it was a roof on to of another roof. I took the whole mess off and rebuilt it with more support and put metal on it to help keep snow off with the low pitch.
