Hello to all and hope this finds all your plumbing and heating running in top notch condition. I am reaching out with some information for all customers who have on demand tankless water, or high efficiency boilers. As a professional third generation plumber, I am seeing issues with the units that were installed over 5 years ago. Back then the thought was "no service necessary" as they were stainless steel, and condensing. Not the case and that thought process is causing unrepairable damage to the point we have to replace the units rather than repair. Be it Bosch, Navien, Viessmann, Utica, Knight, it does not matter, they are ready for service.

Hello everyone. Had some time so thought I would let go of some great information. How many of us managed to leave the hose on a frost free outside spigot? Well. In all likelihood it froze and cracked on the inside. No worries. Give us a call and we can replace it in a jiffy. New generations plumbing. The chaffee name has been in the industry for over seventy five years. Licensed and insured.

Another quality job by New Generations Plumbing, a big transition from an extremely old oil fired system to a new high efficiency gas boiler. 96% efficiency with huge rebates. only one day without heat and hot water. To my valued customers, We are all doing our part to keep our homes clean and disinfected. Sanitary wipes, paper towels (if you can find them) and other means being used on a regular basis. As a plumber I am hoping you listen. DO NOT FLUSH THE WIPES IN YOUR TOILET!!!!!! lol, even if they say flushable, don't believe it. With most toilets being low water consumption, these wipes will hang up in your system and cause clogs that are very difficult to clear. A snake cannot clear these from your main lines, so normally we have to cut the line open to clear and then repair the damage. It is hard, dirty, and unsanitary work and none of us need that type of bill. So take it from a pro, put them all in the trash and save yourself the cost of a major repair.

To all my valued customers, this is an informative message to the current issues that are occurring at this time. With the Covid 19 virus out there, our team is still trying to service emergency customer needs. We are practicing safe distance, and have proper PPE to make sure you and we stay safe. We as plumbers are considered an essential service so no matter what happens, we are available to service emergency calls and major repairs. As a company, I am working to keep my crews safe, and make sure we do not put ourselves into a situation of exposure. Please let us know if anyone in the house is showing signs of illness. Travel overseas, etc............. we all know the drill right now. I want to keep my teams safe, and the customer as well. We are here if you need us and happy to assist in any way possible. All my blessings and hope that this issue will pass quickly, and quietly with minimal effects on our community.
