Recent job completed in Hampstead, MD. Excavation for a pole barn. We removed all organic matter and replaced with well compacted clay. If the organic matter is left in place it will eventually decay and cause settling. With a clay base the foundation will stay in place and be able to stand the test of time.

Backyard grading for a Westminster client. Yard was overrun with rocks and debris. Also had sunken area where above ground pool was located. We came in leveled the area, seeded and strawed. Within 2 weeks the area will be covered with lush green grass.
