We're not just tiny home builders, we're tiny home owners ourselves. There is no better way to understand how tiny home design comes together and functions for homeowners than to walk the walk and talk the talk. We understand that the bones and

guts of each tiny home are just as, if not more, important than the finishing touches. Insulation, ventilation, and framing are custom designed for each client based on where they plan to park and live so that their home is made to last. We pride ourselves on our openness and transparency as a company and it's our number one priority to provide consistent and clear communication to our clients throughout the design and construction processes. Our goal is to continue to learn how to better our designs through knowledge and experience gained by being involved in the tiny home movement from the roots up. We're designers. Let our wealth of experience be your guide for your next tiny chapter.

When designing a custom tiny home, our designers always ask, what rooms will you spend the majority of your time in?

For many, the living room is their home's epicenter. It's where you can unwind after a long day, enjoy a meal, craft, game, entertain, and more. In a space meant for relaxing, good seating is a must!

While the utmost most important thing for your couch to be is comfortable, it can still do more. Sleeper sofas are a great way to fit in a guest sleeping space, or perhaps you'd like to plan for extra hidden storage.

How would you want to maximize your living room?

Lighting significantly impacts the feel of a space. Whether you'd like to maximize natural light or pick the right lighting fixtures to further communicate an aesthetic, lighting is important enough to demand thoughtful consideration.

When it comes to natural light, you'll provide input on window size, placement, function, and color during our tiny home design process.

You also get to choose any lighting fixtures, such as sconces, pendant lights, porch lights, or chandeliers from the selection our designers find to best suit your needs and aesthetics.

Maybe you're averse to the dreaded overhead light and rely on mood lighting. We do offer recessed cove lighting. Maybe you're an avid reader and an adjustable sconce is a must-have when it's time to bundle up in bed with a book.

Your home should meet your needs, so what are your needs when it comes to lighting?

Lofts can serve different purposes. Some are used as the home's primary sleep space. Others are intended for occasional guest sleeping, and sometimes they're only meant for storage. What you choose for how your loft will be accessed will depend on its purpose.

Standing access lofts are a great choice if they will be the primary sleeping space. It allows individuals to stand at full height next to their bed, so the loft essentially acts as the bedframe. This way the walking platform can also include clothing storage with plenty of space to get dressed, and maybe a fold-down step to make the bed easily accessible.

Full width lofts that will be accessed regularly are a great opportunity for full height storage stairs.

Another option for accessing full width lofts that may only be used on occasion are fixed wooden ladders or a moveable metal ladders.

There is more than one option when it comes to lofts. What would you pick if your tiny home happened to have a loft?

It's often said that the kitchen is the heart of the home, but every person has their own kitchen must-haves that can make or break that truth.

If only the bare necessities are necessary, a minimalist design allows for more space to be allotted to other areas of a tiny home. If you need more than a 2-burner cooktop and a minifridge to store and cook the ingredients for your comfort meals, selecting larger kitchen appliances and cabinets is worthwhile. Maybe you enjoy entertaining and need more surface area to manage the more extravagant meals in which case the biggest that can be fit into your tiny home is best.

Your kitchen should have what's necessary to meet your needs for everyday use and special occasions.

So which appliances, size, and style would make it just right for you?
