Final Flight Landscaping is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced **Hardscape Laborer*** to join our rapidly growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working outdoors, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Install retaining walls, and other hardscape features
* Operate heavy equipment including:
* Skid loaders
* Mini excavators/excavators
* Plate compactors (packers)
* Other landscaping and construction equipment
* Read grades and assist with site layout
* Perform excavation, base preparation, and material installation
* Maintain a clean and safe job site
* Work efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications:

* Previous hardscape or landscape construction experience - IS A MUST**
* Experience operating skid loaders, excavators, compactors, and similar equipment
* Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
* Reliable transportation to and from work
