Another beautiful home completed in the Coloma area! Thank you Tim for the opportunity to build you and your family this beautiful home! This home has Alliance windows, Andersen patio door and Waudena entry doors. We did Certainteed landmark shingles and Lp smart siding. The original plan was to do a screen porch and later decided it would better to turn it into a 3 seasons room we finished the inside of the 3 seasons room with LVP on the floor Lp siding on the walls and gray whitewashed tongue and groove on the ceiling. The cabinets came from Pine grove cabinet shop all other materials came from Drexel Building supply in Berlin.

Fun fact about the new house we just completed and posted about… we had to tear down the old home. This house is on a steep hill and all of this had to be done by hand and carried up the hill to the dumpster. This is a time lapse video of the tear down.

Erik will truly be missed at S & J Construction. He was a great guy with a great sense of humor(which is necessary to work on our jobsite). Erik always showed up on time and worked hard. He tended to get the grunt jobs on the jobsite and he never complained. You will be missed Erik!

Old lead siding removed, 1/2” foam installed. New Alliance windows, Therma-Tru exterior doors, new aluminum soffit and fascia. New CertainTeed Landmark shingles, new CertainTeed vinyl siding, seamless gutters and gutter guards and new Bilco basement door
