We are a family owned insulation company that serves Downeast Maine. This is a place where everyone gets along. We work hard and we take pride in what we do.
We are looking for someone who is a team player. We are looking for a hands on worker. This candidate must be good with heights and crawls spaces. This person must have a great attitude, work well with others , or by themselves and with customers. Must be non drug user and have a clean driving record with basic type C license and can drive a box truck.
And NO drama!
We work varied schedule days, some could be 6 hours and some 12-16 hour a day. Our busy season is from September through January typically 45-60 hours per week. There will be madatory overnights on islands jobs and larger jobs more than 2 hours away from the shop. All travel time is paid. Hourly rate will be based on experience, attitude and how willing you are to learn. The more you learn and apply what you learn the more you will be paid. Experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person. Bonus' are available throughout the year. We want a rockstar who wants to learn a specialized trade.
